The aim of this specific project that started in July 2019 is to support the National Centre for Educational Quality Enhancement (NCEQE) in establishing the reformed quality framework in education and the new qualification framework. The project comprises three components, „Strengthening quality assurance of education and training in a LLL perspective“, „Contribution to the implementation of the new National Qualifications Framework“ and „Contribution to improved model of governance, monitoring and dissemination of NCEQE’s outputs“.

The project is being carried out by a German-Estonian consortium. On the German side, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) has taken over the political patronage for the project while the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the implementing partner and consortium leader. The Estonian partner is the „Estonian Quality Agency for Higher and Vocational Education“ (EKKA). The total budget is 1.5 million EUR for a duration of 24 months.
